When going on a trekking, it is important that
you carry with you important gears so as to stay comfortable and to face any
issues. It may not be possible to regulate the weather on the top of the
mountains, but one can be prepared and carry all the needed things. Here are
some of the essential that you should carry when in your backpack while on a
trekking:
- Make sure to carry trekking shoes that have a perfect grip. You can tour in your sports shoes until the base camp but after you begin your trek, you should alter into your trekking shoes. Investing in perfect quality would be essential.
- If your trek organizer offers you with a walking stick, it is always good! But you should still carry at least one walking pole, just in case they do not.
